A Student Killed By Classmate In A Fight At Ndaluni Secondary
Form One student at Ndaluni Secondary School in Mwingi West killed a classmate following a quarrel.
Mwingi West OCPD Kazungu Charo acknowledged the occurrence and stated that the victim lost consciousness and died during the struggle.
“As he was being rushed to Mwingi level 4 hospital, he died on the way,” he said.
Charo reported that the perpetrator had been apprehended and was being kept in Migwani Police cells for further investigation.
“What was reported to us is the death of the student and not what led to his death.”
“Thus, call for more investigations to as ascertain the genesis of the fight and where the school officials were at during this disturbing occurrence,” he stated.
The OCPD was perplexed as to why teachers and classmates did not intervene to stop the brawl between the two children.
The police chief expressed his condolences to the deceased’s family and vowed to ensure that they receive justice.
