We are so pleased to announce this week’s Artist of the Week, Abby Charms! Abby is a one among the youngest artist in Tanzania.
She win this chance of being our artist of the week after representing well the country after her first appearance on the popular American talk show “The Kelly Clarkson Show” as a youngest artist.
Abby got this opportunity to talk on the World’s Big Talk Show In celebration of International Day of the Girl.
She ends this weeks with a new song tagged ‘Tucheze‘ accompanied by a clean visual that depicts the meaning of the record in simple terms.
‘Tucheze‘ is a song that has been welcomed by its listeners all over the country having 29K Views in just a day, which is a great achievement for a young girl and upcoming artist.
Abby Charms Brief Biography;
Abby Chams is a Tanzania’s gospel musician and the ambassador for the Tanzania Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. At just 18 years old, she is now the youngest entrepreneur in Tanzania being the CEO and founder of “Abby Chams School of Music” and a clothing line, “Jean’d Up”.
Abby Chams recently turned 17 years old, and has been in the spotlight for a few years now. It’s thanks to social media that the world got to hear her angelic voice.
Abby now wants to encourage other children to get involved in music, and has started her own school of music, where she currently has around 10 students, and is teaching them piano, guitar and violin. Abby feels this is something that is currently missing in the school curriculum.
