Felix Koskei is the new Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service in new appointments made by President William Ruto on Friday, October 14.

Felix Kipatarus Koskei (born 1964) is a Kenyan who was nominated by President Uhuru Kenyatta as Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries on 25 April 2013.

Koskei served as the Agriculture Cabinet Secretary (CS) between April 2013 and March 2015, when he was suspended from office on allegations of corruption.

He studied at the University Of Nairobi. He was born at Uasin Gishu County, Kenya.

Today on Oct 14 2022, President William Ruto has appointed Felix Koskei as his new Chief of Staff replacing Joseph Kinyua.
