Mohamed Ramadan, a popular Egyptian actor and singer known for his song “Bum Bum,” tops the list of African artists with the most YouTube views with over 5.48 billion views.

In 2019, he was awarded the AFRIMA award and was crowned the most popular artist in Africa. His track record and social media statistics show that he has been viewed by over 5.5 billion people on his YouTube channel, has over 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and has over 28 million followers on Instagram.

He opened his YouTube channel on November 1, 2014, and has over 15.3 million subscribers and has uploaded 774 videos.

In October 2021, Diamond Platnumz and Mohamed Ramadan were reported to have entered the studio and recorded a song after meeting in Dubai on October 21 at the “All Africa Festival.” The song has yet to be released.
