President of Tanzania Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed Hamis Mohamed Mwinjuma famous Mwana FA as Deputy Minister of Culture, Arts and Sports replacing Pauline Philipo Gekul who has been transferred to the Ministry of Constitution and Law.
