The Tanzania Prisons Service (TPS) (Jeshi La Magereza) has announced job vacancies for Tanzanian youth with a minimum age of 18 and a maximum age of 25 for secondary school graduates, while those with skills have a maximum age of 30.
One of the requirements for applicants is that they must be Tanzanian citizens with a minimum education of secondary school and skills in various trades at the diploma, certificate, and degree levels.
According to a public statement signed by the TPS Commissioner General, Mzee Nyamka, the deadline for submitting applications is January 26, 2024.
Applicants must also have other qualifications, including having either a national identity card or an identification number from the National Identification Authority (NIDA).
