Mbeya, Tanzania – November 20, 2023 – The fourth season of the Tulia Street Talent Competition, a popular talent competition in Mbeya, Tanzania, concluded on November 19, 2023. The competition, which was held over three days, attracted over 200 participants from all over the region.
The competition featured four categories: comedy, fashion, dance, and singing. A panel of judges, led by Tanzanian singer and actress Mwasiti, selected the winners.
In addition to the prizes, the participants also received a seminar on various aspects of the arts, which was facilitated by Mwasiti.
The competition is organized by the Tulia Trust, a non-profit organization founded by Tulia Ackson, the Member of Parliament for Mbeya Urban and Speaker of the Tanzanian Parliament.
