On December 28, 2023, the luxury home of Ugandan businesswoman Zari the Boss Lady was robbed by armed robbers. The robbers reportedly injured a security guard before stealing property and fleeing the scene.
Zari shared a photo of the injured security guard on her Instagram story. The photo shows the guard with a bloody wound on his head. Zari also claimed that the robbers stole an AK-7 assault rifle.
The robbers reportedly tried to steal Zari’s cars, but they were unsuccessful after hearing that the police were approaching the scene of the crime.
“I will cooperate with the Uganda Police Force to ensure that these people are brought to justice,” Zari said in a statement.
The Uganda Police Force is investigating the robbery.
