ZUCHU EARNS 10 MILLLION TANZANIAN SHILLING THROUGH HER YOUTUBE CHANNEL JUST IN A MONTH
Tanzanian and WCB female recording artist, Zuchu has opened up saying that through his YouTube channel she earns 4000 Euros which is approximately 10 MILLION Tanzanian per month
Zuchu confirmed it earlier this week when she spoke at a Zanzibar Artists seminar that focused on specialized training for artists on developing their talents, as well as using their art for commercial gain.
The hit maker of “Nyumba Ndogo” has said in one of the successes she never imagined before, is to make money on social media through her music art. Citing an example, she said for the first time when her boss told that he deposited 4,000 Euro in her bank account earned through his YouTube work.
“The time I release Zuchu Ep, I got a call that i have been paid money from YouTube, at that time I didn’t know much about how the Euro relates to Tsh, I had a deposit of 4,000 euros in my account and I said aaah those will be just a small amount”
“One day I said let me go to the bank asking 4,000 euros is equal to how many Tanzanian shillings, and I was told it was about TSh10 million. I had really surprised thinking that this is my one month money? I did not believe” Zuchu said
However, Zuchu on her YouTube channel has now reached 1.43 MILLION subscribers as the first female artist in Tanzania to reach that. The channel has also reached 200 million people (Total Views).
